The structure of ChaK1 binding with annexin from the room temperature MD simulation. The ATP molecule is in ball-and-stick representation. The kinase is in surface representation and the annexin peptide is restrained into stable α-helix while binding. The kinase atoms that are within 3 Å of the annexin atoms are in surface representation and colored in dark gray. Figures were generated using the VMD program [60].
