Panel A: Vesicles were refrigerated for at least 24 h prior to fluorescence measurements. The inset displays the details of the 25 and 30°C spectra. Panel B: Vesicles were equilibrated at 50°C prior to adjusting to the experimental temperatures used in Panel A.
