(D) Fluorescence image of un-pulsed PC3 cell monolayer with flat-cut cable as CTRL sample. To generate the fluorescence images of the area between the ground and high voltage electrodes, a series of 640 μm × 710 μm images are combined. The needles and the inner boundary of the ground electrodes are indicated with a small red dashed circle and outer red dashed circles, respectively.
