  1. Samples 1 and 2 are control liposomes; sample 3 corresponds to the AChR-containing liposomes, with a lipid to protein molar ratio of 500:1. Excluding PyPC (5 mol% extra), final lipid concentration was 40 μM for all samples, amounting to 100%. Except for sample 2, all other samples were assayed in duplicate.
