Temperature and excitation wavelength were 25°C and 340 nm, respectively. B) Estimated E/M ratios by relating the areas of the spectra using one of the two procedures shown in the legend. Error bars represent the S.D. of two independent samples. Arrows indicate the E/M values for the AChR-containing sample according to each procedure of calculation.
